Guided by the mantra “too many options is a prison,” The menu at Cops is simply drip coffee and hot mini-doughnuts that are made fresh from scratch every day. Although the doughnuts have two regular flavours — cinnamon sugar and Cops’s own glaze — and a rotating weekly special, Cops has partnered with a multitude of speciality coffee roasters across North America to give customers an experience of top-quality coffee at its purest expression. They really only do drip. Both the interior and exterior of the little brick building are covered in an unmissable shade of blush pink that gives the space a cute and uniform esthetic that is extended to their to-go cups and some speciality coffee bags.
